This Fargo, ND - based band plays your favorite rock, country, pop, oldies... you name it, they do it! Whether they're channeling the energy of classic rock anthems, performing the country classics, or getting the crowd dancing with upbeat pop songs, the band effortlessly captures the essence of each song. See for yourself on June 13th, 2024 in Valley City!
Formed under the name Incredibly Real in 2012, 2 Weeks Notice has been bringing a unique fusion of country, rock, and pop music to the Midwest ever since. The band consists of three brothers: Jack, Tim, and Dan Walsh. Jack helms the ship with powerful lead vocals and smooth rhythm guitar. Tim brings slick riffs and impressive solos with his brilliant lead guitar. Adding rich harmonies, Dan also keeps the time with his rocking bass lines. With their unique song selection and engaging stage presence, 2 Weeks Notice will never fail to get you out of your seat and onto the dancefloor.
October Road has been racking up the miles since 2004, doing their best to play the most current country, pop, and rock cover tunes as well as songs we all remember from days gone by, while also releasing four albums of their own music! Distance has never been, nor will it ever be an obstacle for the guys, as they've performed as far North as the Canadian border, all the way down to Nashville, TN, with countless cities, towns and farms in between. Their sound has best been described as "Funky Country", as they try to bring a soulful, upbeat approach to all the music they play, regardless of genre.

Summer Nights on Central are a series of fun, family-friendly events located right on Central Avenue in Valley City! Not only are businesses encouraged to be open after hours for late night shopping, there will be delicious food vendors, rockin' live music, and games. Focused on encouraging community engagement, this event is completely FREE. Come Downtown Valley City this summer!

Summer Vikes on Central
Summer Vikes on Central, where the community and VCSU Vikings come together for a night of shopping, food vendors, live music, business booths, prizes, games, and so much more. This 2nd annual event will feature music by Tripwire, many business booths, and a handful of fun surprises! Stay tuned for announcements on what we have in store for one of the biggest events in Valley City!
