The Sheyenne Valley Community Foundation was established to receive, manage and distribute gifts made to the Foundation for charitable purposes. We connect donors with causes they care about and serve as a catalyst for community change. We are dedicated to the improvement and long term viability of the Sheyenne River Valley Area, including Barnes, Griggs, and Ransom Counties. We welcome you to join in our efforts.
The Valley City-Barnes County Development Corporation leads job creation and economic vitality through; retaining and expanding existing businesses, attracting new and growing businesses and industries and assisting entrepreneurial development.

The Valley City Area Chamber of Commerce has a history of changing with the times to serve our members.

The Chamber of Commerce is governed by a 12-member Board of Directors, elected by our members, and has a professional staff to serve our members. Our success depends on active participation from our membership, and members are encouraged to become involved in the activities and programs of the organization.
